Notes For Posterity... Not So Much.

In the beginning of the season, I would often do an in-game live blog of Mets games. It was difficult to keep up with so I haven't done it since April or maybe May. I had a feeling the Mets would clinch tonight, so I decided to write notes on the game as it unfolded tonight. As you know, the clinch didn't happen, but maybe you can enjoy what I wrote anyway?

By the way, the BOB on the Pirates uniforms is in honor of Pittsburgh Mayor Bob O’Connor, who died on September 1st of brain cancer.
